To ensure that I can accommodate all my lovely clients and maintain a smooth operation, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: **24-Hour Notice**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. 2. **Late Cancellations**: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the scheduled services. 3. **No Shows**: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will also be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled services. 4. **Emergency Situations**: I understand that emergencies can happen!
